Delete your VibeCheck account

VibeCheck is operated by Kuttura LLC. You can delete your account and the personal data that goes with it.

1. Sign in at vibecheck.kuttura.llc.
2. Open your picture, then Advanced settings.
3. Choose Delete my account.

Deleted right away: your email address, password, screen name, alarm, and private mood history.

Kept: an Echo already on a map has no name on it, so it stays as part of that map. It is not saved as your data. We do not keep a copy of the account.

Clear your history and keep the account

Download my data saves a copy. It does not erase anything. To erase your private mood history without deleting the account:

1. Sign in at vibecheck.kuttura.llc.
2. Open your picture, then Advanced settings.
3. Choose Clear my history, then confirm.

That removes your private mood history right away. Your email, password, and screen name stay.

If you cannot sign in, email vibecheck@kuttura.llc from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.
